I'm not sure this is all that useful of a visualization. It acts more like an interface and an overly complex one at that. Way too much wasted space / data ration. Hard to read, hard to compare one piece of data (say price) to another.
Stuff like this just screams of an idea that was generated from cool, rather than a hard analytical look at how to improve product finding.
